HomeSchool Scribe is made by one person, and every message gets read. Tell me what happened and what you expected; a screenshot with names covered is perfect. Please leave out your children's names and records unless you need them to explain the problem.

Where is my data?
On your device and, if iCloud is on, in your own iCloud account. HomeSchool Scribe has no accounts and no servers. It also keeps its own folders in Files, under On My iPhone › Scribe (the app's short name): your photos and clips, every report you generated, and a dated backup of every record, refreshed each time you open the app.
Something didn't sync between my iPhone and iPad
Both devices need to be signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive turned on for HomeSchool Scribe (Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud ▸ Saved to iCloud). Changes usually appear within a minute on Wi-Fi. If one device is far behind, open the app on both and leave them unlocked for a few minutes.
Are the state summaries legal advice?
No. They are plain-language planning summaries, and every one links to the statute it summarizes. Confirm requirements with your state or a homeschool legal organization before you file anything.
How do I cancel Scribe Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: iPhone Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ HomeSchool Scribe. Your records stay readable and exportable after you cancel. Reports can be generated only on a paid plan; any report you already generated is yours to keep.

Forgot your PIN? Don't delete the app. Email support@myhomeschoolscribe.com and we'll walk you through it.
How do I move my records to a new phone?
With iCloud on, install the app and sign in with the same Apple Account; everything arrives on its own. Without iCloud, export a backup on the old phone, send it to the new one with AirDrop, and choose "I've used HomeSchool Scribe before" during setup.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. Email what you were trying to do and what got in the way. The roadmap is short and shaped by those messages.
